Driver

We have an immediate career opportunity for a part-time or full-time delivery driver.
Job Description:
As a driver, you will be an integral part of ensuring our patients receive the best care possible. Working together with the pharmacy staff, facilities, patients, caregivers and our dispatch team, you will deliver medications in a timely, efficient, convenient manner.
We are looking for a friendly, dedicated driver who works well with others and can own the solutions to making every delivery a success. A company vehicle is provided for deliveries.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to:
- Arriving on time and ready to work each day
- Organizing route based on workload, efficiency and time-sensitive deliveries
- Delivering packages to residents, group homes and assisted living facilities following guidelines set forth by Louis & Clark
- Following traffic and parking laws, ensuring safe driving
- Reporting any delivery issues back to supervisors
- Being polite to each and every customer
- Having company vehicle brought in for regular maintenance
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- A current and active driver’s license with a clean driving record
- A background check and drug screening
- Friendliness, patience and strong customer service skills
- Ability to carry up to 25 lbs. up stairs
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management and supervisors
- Previous delivery experience preferred but not required

Pharmacy Inventory Specialist

We have an immediate career opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic and detail-oriented Pharmacy Inventory Specialist.
Job Description:
An Inventory Specialist is responsible for ensuring inventory control and proper ordering.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to:
- Sorting daily drug orders and putting orders away accurately and efficiently
- Correctly pulling any owes from orders and setting them up for order fulfillment
- Reviewing daily orders and adjusting any outages or shorts and substitutions
- Processing wholesaler returns and expired medications
- Pulling and processing expired medications for quarterly returns
- Staying informed about upcoming generic transitions to ensure an efficient transition
- Identifying and processing any drug recalls
- Adjusting inventory levels based on changes of usage
- Maintaining and/or adjusting NDCs for inventory levels associated with automated packaging machines to maintain efficiency
- Communicating with pharmacy staff and patients regarding inventory issues, updates and shortages
- Ordering pharmacy supplies from wholesaler, i.e., vials, caps, bottles, oral syringes, etc.
- Running regular reports and other assignments to ensure the best choices are being made for wholesaler purchases
Specific Qualifications:
- Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines and work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Sense of urgency, team player, accurate, strong communication skills
- Must be willing to cross train on automation as it pertains to the inventory role for efficiency
- Pharmacy Technician license in Massachusetts or national certification preferred but not required
- Experience and understanding of inventory management preferred but not required

We have an immediate career opportunity for an experienced Bi-Lingual Medical Call Center Representative.
Job Description: The Medical Call Center Representative is responsible for handling high volume inbound and outbound calls, maintaining productivity and quality standards, while assisting our patient’s needs.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients and facilities related to their prescriptions, such as refill requests, delivery status, and other general questions.
- Respond promptly to high volume inbound calls and patient/facility needs, able to answer questions and transfer calls to appropriate departments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Make outbound calls when necessary, to assist the pharmacy team.
- Must be able to maintain productivity when competing demands occur.
- Must have time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a timely manner.
- Display excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient Computer and Keyboarding skills.
- Must have the ability to work in a team environment and offer solutions when needed.
- Ability to understand the importance of and respect the confidentiality of all member information, per HIPAA Guidelines.

Job Description: The Medical Office Administrative Specialist is responsible for interacting with customers both in person and by phone.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Serving as the cashier, handling cashier transactions and performing other clerical duties
- Portraying a positive company image and engaging in professional and friendly communications with customers
- Actively listening to customer needs and inquiries to determine appropriate service actions
- Assisting colleagues and other employees with administrative duties if needed
- Referring any customer questions regarding services to the appropriate person
- Performing other duties as assigned

Job Description: The Medical Order Entry Specialist is responsible for processing prescriptions both accurately and efficiently in a high- volume setting.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ensuring all prescriptions are processed accurately and efficiently
- Effectively transcribing prescriptions
- Sense of urgency
- Strong math skills
- Handling incoming fax and telephone communication to fulfill the needs of group homes and assisted living patients and their caregivers
- Properly handling order exceptions such as prior authorization, drug not covered, incomplete orders, etc.
- Resolving common pharmacy order entry problems quickly and efficiently such as third-party rejections or processing issues
- Delivering outstanding customer service and patient care
Specific Qualifications:
- 2+ years previous order entry experience preferred, but not required
- Pharmacy technician license in Massachusetts or national certification (preferred but not required to start
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a high volume, time sensitive and fast paced environment
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer and data entry skills

Job Description: An Order Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician is responsible for ensuring prescriptions are filled in correct packaging according to customer preference, without error, and in a timely manner.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Responsible for ensuring all prescriptions are filled in correct packaging according to customer preference, without error, and in a timely manner
- Correctly pulling from drug stock of medication to be filled
- Scanning labels and correct medication into QS1 operating system
- Accurately filling and labeling MediBubble® cassettes, blister packs, and vials using automation and or manually
- Greeting and fulfilling customer needs via incoming phone calls
Specific Qualifications:
- Pharmacy technician license in Massachusetts or national certification (preferred but not required to start
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a high volume, time sensitive and fast paced environment
- Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
